Our Challenge

Chong Pang City’s transformation by 2027 includes the innovative Chong Pang Integrated Development. This project revitalises the old neighbourhood with vibrant attractions, sustainable design, and a focus on enhancing the local culture and community, marking a significant branding opportunity. Through a national tender process, Unigons was awarded the brand architecture and identity for this new integrated development.

Our Idea

We created an original and dynamic brand identity that represents unity, inclusivity, and community spirit. The Blooming Heart symbol, composed of overlapping speech bubbles in various colours, signifies four distinct racial groups and generations converging at its centre. Aligned with the Yishun constituency’s motto, “Home with a Heart,” this vibrant emblem resembles a blossoming heart, embodying the promise of new opportunities and growth in the Chong Pang City development. Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee and Minister Shanmugam introduced the new Chong Pang City brand identity during a groundbreaking ceremony.
