Our Challenge

The challenge lies in harmonizing consumer demands with ecological progress, fostering green, low-carbon, and sustainable economic development. Tmall’s Double Eleven event, while addressing consumer needs, aims to shape the future of consumption. Tmall seeks to partner with green and sustainable brands to establish a low-carbon consumption ecosystem and prominent eco-friendly flagship brands.

Our Idea

We made a TVC to attract shoppers to Tmall’s Virtual Green Park. To attract traffic into the virtual Green Park experience, our design solution focuses on daily green activities. We upgraded content-driven green interactions to stimulate eco-friendly consumption through green honours, rights, and public welfare initiatives. Shoppers can unlock a daily green bag containing illustrated books and green flowers. We collaborated with brands to create a comprehensive green content illustrated book, fostering user discovery and encouraging eco-consciousness.

The video and new feature were viewed by millions of users across multiple platforms and generated over 200,000 discussions.
