Our Challenge
In 2021, a Shenzhen-based startup in the atomiser industry sought Unigons One’s expertise for brand development. Their mission was to create a brand strategy with a health-oriented focus and change the vaping market’s negative perception tied to nicotine and smoking. The challenge is to reframe vaping, emphasizing atomisers with health supplements and non-harmful flavors.


Our Idea
Unigons One developed the brand “UAir”, envisioning the perfect vaping experience as comfortable, natural, and health-boosting, akin to breathing air. This innovative brand positioning resulted in remarkable enhancements across consumer insights, product development, brand design, and channel expansion. Today, UAir boasts 6,000+ direct and franchise stores and a strong online presence on platforms like JD.com, and WeChat. Remarkably, UAir is the first in the electronic atomisation industry to secure medical device qualifications, backed by a $30m-angel investments.
